- "User": Any employee, manager, or authorized personnel of OMI Group who accesses the Platform.
- "Content": Data, text, or materials uploaded to the Platform (e.g., schedules, payroll info).
3. User Responsibilities
- Account Security: Keep login credentials confidential. Notify OMI Group immediately of unauthorized access.
- Accurate Information: Provide truthful and updated personal/professional details.
- Compliance: Use the Platform only for lawful business operations. Prohibited activities include:
- Sharing sensitive data externally.
- Circumventing system security measures.
- Uploading malicious software or false information.
4. Intellectual Property
All Platform software, logos, and Content are owned by OMI Group or licensed to it. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without written permission.
5. Data Privacy
Personal data is handled per OMI Group's Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to data collection (e.g., work hours, performance metrics) for operational purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
OMI Group is not liable for:
- Temporary Platform outages or technical issues beyond its control.
- User misuse of the Platform.
- Indirect damages (e.g., lost productivity) arising from Platform use.
7. Termination
OMI Group may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
8. Amendments
